Act as the first point of contact for customers in-branch or over the phone
Assist with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing

We are currently recruiting Customer Service colleagues, with a starting salary of £24,500 per annum. This is made up of a base salary of £24,000 plus an additional £500 flexible benefit. The role is based in our Falkirk branch and is full-time, permanent, 35 hours per week., This is a full-time permanent branch-based role, 35 hours per week, across Monday to Saturday between 8:00am - 6:00pm
