In this pivotal role, you will support our customers in the Glasgow & Edinburgh and surrounding regions, ensuring the effective use of our industry-leading chemicals and equipment through expert training and on-site support. What You'll Be Doing Service Excellence

Provide exceptional service to key strategic and national accounts.
Follow tailored service plans to ensure customer satisfaction.
Deliver comprehensive training sessions to client teams.
Conduct on-site audits to assess performance and adherence.
Monitor product effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Minimize downtime using remote diagnostics and tools.
Work closely with National and Internal Account Teams to align on service objectives.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling; share insights with sales teams.
Maintain detailed records and reporting using Salesforce for clear communication.

Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Confidence to work both independently and as part of a team., Proven track record in customer service or a field-based service role.
Technical proficiency and IT literacy, particularly with Excel and Salesforce.
Experience in the cleaning, hygiene, or related industries (preferred).
A full UK driving license is required.
