About the Role

NuGen Sustainable Clearances is looking for a reliable and hands on Senior Clearance Operative to support the day to day running of our clearance services.

This is a varied role combining clearance work, team coordination and basic administration. You'll help ensure jobs run smoothly, assist on site, and help with scheduling and planning.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with planning daily clearance jobs.
Support clearance teams and help with physical clearance work.
Maintain high standards of customer service.
Ensure the yard, vehicles and equipment are organised and maintained.
Keep accurate job records and communicate with the office team.
Promote safe working practices and company procedures.

Requirements

Experience in clearances, waste management, removals, recycling, or a similar role.
Good organisational and communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
Full UK driving licence.
Positive attitude and willingness to lead by example.
