Job purpose: We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Apprentice. As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a professional, helpful and positive experience. You will work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure customer enquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.

This role offers valuable experience in customer service, administration, communication, problem-solving and business operations.

You will be aged 16-24yrs , ( up to age 29yrs may apply, please refer to Equalities Act 2010)

What will I learn? As well as working towards completing your Customer Services SCQF Level 6 Modern Apprenticeship qualification, you will also be fully trained in the following

. To answer incoming customer telephone calls, emails and enquiries.

· To provide customers with information regarding products, services, deliveries and orders.

· To assist customers with enquiries, complaints and service requests in a professional manner.

· To update and maintain records accurately within company systems.

· To process customer orders, amendments and cancellations as required.

· To multitask and to liaise with other departments as part of your role.

· To perform a high standard of customer service at all times.

· Working individually and as a team

What qualifications or qualities are required? Minimum National 4- Maths and English

Good personal skills

Eager to learn, grow and develop

Can work within a team or on your own
