We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Billing Manager to join our growing team. This role is central to the successful delivery of our Bureau Services, ensuring clients receive accurate, timely, and professional support across all aspects of their utility portfolio management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver bureau services including invoice validation, query management, contract transfers, and portfolio administration.
Work closely with the Team Manager and Account Managers to resolve client queries efficiently and professionally.
Manage customer complaints and queries, ensuring all issues are handled in accordance with company procedures.
Support the contract acceptance process and assist with the successful registration of utility supplies.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to meet client requirements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports using established templates and agreed work plans.
Assist in maintaining and updating operational documentation, including procedures, templates, user guides, and troubleshooting manuals.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and data management across internal systems.

Skills and Experience:-

Strong customer service and stakeholder management experience.
Excellent administration skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Evidence of strong IT skills, including intermediate to advanced Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Experience of data entry, data validation, and working with databases on a day-to-day basis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and manage complex information.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience within the energy, utilities, procurement, or contract management sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
