As a Research and Technology (R&T) intern you will be given a real-life industrial challenge to solve over the course of a three-month placement. Working on your own, or as part of a small team, you will be given the tools and support from a highly skilled R&T team to develop a solution that is both innovative and cost effective. The project will be split between the office and the workshop as you plan, develop, and deliver a working solution. Key tasks include:

Understanding and defining requirements
Budget and schedule planning
Landscaping and down selecting solutions
Design, develop, and validate solutions through small scale prototypes and test
Building relationships with stakeholders and team members
Reporting progress to key stakeholders and senior management, This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Confident and clear communicator
Proficient user of MS Office tools
Proactive approach to problem solving
Able to manage your own time and workload
