No academic entry requirements are required – every applicant is assessed at the interview stage.

Hours & Pay:-

Full-time: 35–40 hours per week (Monday–Friday in nursery, or varied hours in Out of School Care settings).

What will I learn? As a Modern Apprentice, you will:

Work towards a SCQF Level 7 qualification in partnership with Carousel Training Centre and your Employer.

Build the skills and knowledge to become a qualified Early Years Practitioner in just 12–15 months.

Key Responsibilities:-

Following nursery safeguarding procedures to ensure all children are safe and secure.

What qualifications or qualities are required? What We’re Looking For:-

Enthusiastic and confident individuals who want to work in a Nursery or Out of School Care setting.

Good communication skills and a genuine desire to support the development of young children.

No previous experience is required — just passion, commitment, and a willingness to learn.
