Swim Academy Manager ( Lead )

Full Time - 37 hours
Grade 7 - SCP 27-31 £38,220 - £41,771

We are looking for a full-time Swim Academy Lead to work at Waterside Farm & Runnymede Leisure Centres who can:

Key Skills and abilities

Lead and develop the STA Swim Academy across both sites
Manage and lead the team of swimming instructors
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Have health and safety knowledge in relation to swimming pools

Experience

Previous practical experience of 3 years working within the leisure industry and experience in the day to day management of swim schools is essential.

Qualifications

Applicants must hold a valid STA Certificate Qualification or equivalent from another Governing Body.
