As a Legal Support Assistant, you will provide high-quality administrative and client support to fee earners, ensuring work is delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Working within a collaborative team, you will manage tasks from start to finish, coordinate workflows, support client relationships and help maintain seamless service delivery.,

Manage document production and review work for quality and accuracy
Support clients, fee earners and internal teams with day-to-day queries
Coordinate diaries, meetings, travel and administrative activities
Assist with business development, pitches and presentations
Manage file opening/closing, compliance tasks and matter administration
Support billing, WIP management and other finance-related processes
Maintain accurate client and matter data across systems
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence and meeting minutes
Hybrid working - A minimum of 2 days each week in our Glasgow office, with the flexibility to work from home for the remainder of the week.
