Provide 3rd line expert support for operational ATM systems, including incident investigation and root-cause analysis
Collaborate with offshore development teams to diagnose and resolve complex issues
Support deployment and maintenance of training, test, and operational environments
Act as an engineering focal point during integration and validation activities with operational end users
Deploy and integrate hardware and software into customer and internal environments
Produce technical documentation, including procedures, high-level designs, and network designs
Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and help identify improvement opportunities

Experience with integration testing of software systems
Strong background in a formal IT infrastructure environment
Linux experience, ideally RHEL

Networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, multicast, and routing
Experience using network troubleshooting tools such as tcpdump and Wireshark
Experience with software installation and fault-finding
Automation and provisioning experience with Ansible or Puppet
Confident communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to mixed technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Willingness to travel occasionally as business needs require
Desirable: container experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes
Desirable: experience working across highly distributed teams
