The successful candidate will play a key role in providing outsourced finance and accounting services, building strong client relationships and supporting the development of junior team members. This position would suit a proactive and commercially minded professional who enjoys working closely with clients and delivering practical financial solutions.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing management accounts and financial reports for a portfolio of clients
Supporting statutory reporting and liaising with external auditors
Preparing cashflow forecasts and financial models to support decision-making
Building and maintaining strong client relationships through proactive communication
Supporting a range of client projects and business improvement initiatives
Identifying opportunities to add value and introduce additional services where appropriate
Managing workloads and supporting the development of junior team members
Mentoring and coaching colleagues to enhance technical and client management skills
Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver an exceptional client experience

The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified accountant with experience gained within practice or industry. You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities and confidence managing client relationships. Experience using cloud accounting software and delivering technology-driven financial solutions would be advantageous. You’ll be organised, collaborative and comfortable working within a fast-paced and growing environment, with a genuine passion for helping clients succeed.
