High attention to detail, ensuring all equipment and site standards are maintained throughout the shift.
Be proactive and take appropriate action to resolve potential issues. Reporting to a senior Manager on Duty, if required.
Thorough understanding of brand standards, and how to deliver them to an exceptional standard. Lead by example, and act as a role model to team members.

We're looking for a team player who is at the beginning of a their leadership journey, who is eager to learn, develop and progress. With the full support of the management team, our Champions become experts in their area, supervising a small team, and being their first point of contact for questions and issues. Our Champions are the role models for Gravity standards and leadership behaviours, coaching others to develop, and ensuring Team Members and customers alike have fun!
