Carry out research for our clients to make sure they get the best deal.
Process E tickets and travel documentation.
Offer advice and guidance on available options to our clients for each itinerary including advice on visas, passport requirements and vaccinations.
Handle refunds and cancellations.

Our people are at the heart of our business and we're recruiting for an experienced Business Travel Consultant to join our Edinburgh based team. This role will ideally be based full time at our Edinburgh office but we would consider a hybrid working pattern (3 days in the office and 2 days at home) after successful completion of your probation and training period. This is an exciting time to join us as we're rapidly expanding our operations team., You'll be a motivated, passionate individual who has previous experience of working in business travel.
Experience using Sabre GDS although Galileo experience would be considered.
You'll have an excellent telephone manner, excellent verbal reasoning skills and great attention to detail.
Confident in dealing directly with our client on a face to face basis.
You'll be happy to work between the hours of 8am and 6pm on a rota basis.
