Your primary focus will be on identifying, engaging, and securing new business. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Proactively drive new business acquisition and direct sales through strategic outbound engagement with small-medium business (SMB).
Identify and cultivate new sales leads and opportunities through various channels, converting prospects into loyal IKEA for Business customers.
Serve as the initial key point of contact for newly acquired customers, ensuring a seamless onboarding and satisfying customer journey.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tailored, high-quality solutions that attract and secure new customer accounts.
Continuously analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to proactively identify untapped opportunities and refine new business sales strategies.
Skilfully negotiate and support contract finalisation with new clients in collaboration with legal and internal stakeholders.
Actively represent IKEA at trade shows and industry events, expertly networking to generate new leads and identify emerging market opportunities for growth.
Lay the groundwork for long-term relationships by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

A strong understanding of the B2B market landscape, particularly within SMB segments, enabling you to spot and act on new business opportunities.
Demonstrated experience in proactive, outbound sales, with the ability to generate and convert leads across multiple channels.
A result driven and growth focused mindset, consistently aiming to exceed acquisition and sales targets.
Confidence and skill in being the first point of contact for new customers, guiding them through a smooth and positive onboarding journey.
