Expertly handling the enquiry management process, supporting and motivating your team to convert prospects into customers
Working under pressure, establishing targets and monitoring performance against budget
Understanding shortfalls and addressing those with your team and Sales Manager
Regular feedback to your team, looking at performance, targets and coaching to developing them
