What you’ll be doing

Welcoming guests with warmth, personality, and genuine hospitality.
Serving delicious premium seafood, local specialities and drinks.
Keeping the restaurant buzzing with positive energy.
Ensuring every customer leaves happy and enjoys a memorable Loch Fyne experience.
Working closely with the front of house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.

What we’re looking for

Confidence chatting with customers from all over the world; delivering excellent customer service.
Team spirit and ability to work well in a fast paced environment.
Previous experience would be a bonus, but full training will be provided.

Job location: Loch Fyne Oysters Ltd, Clachan, Cairndow - the head of Loch Fyne, west coast of Scotland. Just a 45 minute drive / 1 hour bus journey from Dunoon, 50 minute drive from Helensburgh, 1 hour from Dumbarton, 1.5 hours from Glasgow (M8, A82, A83).

Whether you're seeking full time work, part time shifts, or a fun seasonal role, we have flexible opportunities for you!
POSITION: WAITING STAFF (FRONT OF HOUSE).
RATE OF PAY: £12.75 per hour.
ADDITIONAL: Plus customer tips - averaging approx £2.00 per hour. Tips are shared between the Restaurant Team.
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent / Temporary positions available.
CONTRACT HOURS: Full time hours (40 hours) / Part time hours also available No late evenings No split shifts No night shifts.
WORK SHIFTS: Between Monday to Sunday.
OTHER INFO: Due to our location and the work shifts, your own transport would be beneficial.
