As a member of the CICA Governance Team, the post holder will report to the HEO Governance Managers and play a vital role in delivering a broad range of governance and assurance activities across the organisation.,

Data Subject Access Requests
Other data-related requests from police and other agencies
Internal queries regarding data protection and information security
Fraud referrals
Data Security Incident referrals
Responding to email queries from internal or external agencies
Monitoring of shared mailboxes
Maintenance of workflow trackers to ensure timescales are met, provision of guidance to the Governance Support Officer, and escalation of complex requests to the Governance Manager where appropriate
Supporting the Governance Managers and Senior Governance Manager in maintaining effective corporate governance across the organisation, The vacancy process involves 2 stages using Civil Service Success Profiles and will assess your Behaviours, Strengths and Experience.
