Job purpose: The Business Administration Apprentice will provide reliable day-to-day administrative support while developing practical workplace skills and working towards a recognised qualification. They will work with colleagues across the organisation, communicate with internal and external contacts, maintain accurate records, and help improve administrative processes.

This is an entry-level development opportunity for someone who is organised, professional, eager to learn, and committed to delivering a high standard of work.

What will I learn? General administrative support, including preparing documents, processing information, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing.

Department specific administration including raising purchase orders, invoice processing, payment receipt processing, aged stock analysis.

Maintaining records in line with company procedures, confidentiality requirements.

Organising meetings, taking notes and recording action logs for distribution.

Use of Microsoft 365 and other business systems to create spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.

Communication and interaction with colleagues from various departments.

Working on team projects.
