This Software Engineer role sits within our APM (Asset Performance Management) team, working on a market-leading SaaS application that improves the performance of renewable assets. The role is based in Glasgow three days per week, and we value diversity, collaboration, and different perspectives across our teams.

Strong proficiency in Python, ideally as part of a SaaS solution.
Working experience with React, TypeScript, and modern front-end build tools.
Solid experience building Node.js applications and APIs.
Knowledge of front-end technologies such as React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience with back-end development in C#.
Exposure to Databricks is desirable.
Proficiency working with data structures such as relational databases.
Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure and containerisation tools like Docker.
Experience with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
Experience with authentication, multi-tenancy, and billing in SaaS applications.
Experience working in an Agile environment within Scrum teams.
Ability to communicate progress to managers and collaborate with fellow engineers.
Solid understanding of software design patterns and best practices.
Ability to work in a distributed team.
English spoken and written.
