Fleet Expertise You bring experience within fleet, vehicle rental, logistics, transport or commercial operations, ideally including vehicle rental or fleet management, knowledge of fleet management systems, Prohire or Business Intelligence tools, and an understanding of vehicle lifecycle management
Analytical & Commercial Insight You have strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability, the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into commercial actions, and solid commercial awareness of fleet utilisation and asset management, always prioritising what matters most to drive performance
Planning & Organisation You bring excellent planning and organisational skills, keeping fleet decisions structured and on track
Stakeholder Management You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills, building trusted relationships and collaborating across departments to achieve the best outcomes for the business
