Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing retail team
Drive sales, profitability and key business objectives
Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects the Tiso brand
Foster a positive and engaging team culture
Maintain outstanding visual merchandising and store presentation standards
Ensure operational excellence and compliance across all areas of the store
Recruit, coach and develop colleagues to achieve their full potential
Analyse performance and implement actions to maximise commercial opportunities
Build strong relationships across the wider business and supplier network
You will work a 5 out of 7 day week - Sunday to Saturday. Working key trading days is essential.

Previous experience managing within a large retail operation or flagship environment in a similar Outdoor retail setting
Strong commercial awareness and a track record of delivering performance
Excellent leadership and people development skills
The ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals
Outstanding communication and organisational skills
A customer-first mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service
Confidence working in a fast-paced and changing retail environment
