About the Role

Reporting to our Income Max Team Leader, you will play a key role assisting in maximising income paid to the Association by service users using methods compatible with our values of Respect, Inclusive, Integrity, Improvement & Support

You will play a key role in:

Providing admin support for Income Maximisation Team, answering phone calls on behalf of the IMT and deal with general enquiries.
Monitoring former tenant arrears including cause of arrears. Following both the write-off procedure and the former tenant balances procedure and populate the write-off spreadsheet appropriately
Maintaining close and effective working relationships with statutory and other agencies affecting Housing Benefit/Universal Credit and other rental income
Process daily notifications from Finance in relation to Direct Debits returned or cancelled and send letter accordingly. Noting on CX and advising Income Max Officer.
Completing verification tasks through the Universal Credit Landlord Portal and apply for Managed Payments to Landlord [MPTL] and arrears deductions, where appropriate.

Ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong communication skills across phone, email and digital channels
Experience using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Forms, Outlook and Excel
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Experience working as part of a team
