Respond to property enquiries by answering the dedicated Land & Property phone line, answer emails and Rightmove/Zoopla enquiries.
AML Reporting - Full training provided. Arrange AML risk assessments for each vendor and buyer, making sure it is kept up to date and correctly completed, as well as making sure the client has been put through the biometric ID system (CREDAS)
Conduct property and land visits to gather internal dimensions, marketing-quality photographs, and confirm boundary accuracy.
Collect and return keys from local estate agents for valuation or auction purposes.
Conduct open viewings for properties going to auction and offer front line friendly customer service to prospective buyers.
Perform weekly inspections in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure properties remain secure.

Wilsons Auctions Glasgow Branch is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Admin Assistant to support our Land and Property UK Team.
Competent in IT, Including Microsoft Word, Excel and other similar systems.
Willing to learn new systems dedicated to the property industry, Aswell as Wilsons Auctions Gavel System.
Happy to travel in Scotland to conduct viewings at the properties we are selling.
Familiarity with regional nuances, particularly within Scotland.
Experience handling sensitive or contentious situations with professionalism.
Clear, polite communication style and understanding of auction sales processes.
Clean Valid UK Licence Required
