Reception Administrator Operative to join our team at HMRC Glasgow RC. This is a varied role combining reception, administration, customer service, cleaning, porter and general facilities duties. You will be one of the first points of contact for visitors and will help ensure the building is safe, clean and welcoming. What you'll do:

Provide a professional and welcoming reception service to visitors and customers.
Answer telephone calls, respond to emails and complete general administrative tasks.
Carry out cleaning duties and maintain high standards across the site.
Support meeting room set-ups and the preparation of facilities.
Assist with porter duties, including moving furniture and equipment.
Issue keys to clients and colleagues in line with site procedures.
Replenish refreshments and maintain coffee areas.
Operate the till and follow cash-handling and profit protection procedures.
Provide support to the mailroom when required.
Report maintenance issues, hazards and faulty equipment promptly.
Follow all Health & Safety, Food Safety, COSHH and site-specific procedures.
Maintain excellent personal presentation and customer service standards.
Assist with securing the building at night where required.
Support the wider team with additional duties and provide holiday/sickness cover when needed.

Previous experience in reception, customer service, facilities, cleaning, hospitality or administration.
Experience working in a busy corporate or public-facing environment.
