Group Financial Accountant job with a growing manufacturing business for an initial 6 month contract based in Livingston. This is a hands on role supporting the Group Financial Controller, with responsibility for group reporting, consolidations, financial controls and statutory reporting across multiple entities. The position requires 4 days per week on-site and would suit an experienced accountant with strong group finance experience.

Responsibilities and Experience

Qualified Accountant
Proven experience within a Group Finance or Group Reporting environment
Prepare monthly group consolidations, reporting packs and consolidation journals
Review submissions from multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial information
Drive strong balance sheet control and governance across the group
Support statutory accounts preparation, audit delivery and compliance activities
Oversee intercompany reconciliations and resolve accounting differences across entities
Support budgeting, forecasting and wider finance transformation initiatives
Experience working in a fast-paced, changing environment with multiple stakeholders
