The role

As an Insolvency Administrator, you’ll provide key support across a range of corporate insolvency processes. This is a varied and interesting role, ideal for someone with strong admin skills and a desire to develop a career in a professional services environment.

What you’ll be doing

Supporting the wider insolvency team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Handling creditor claims and responding to related enquiries
Assisting with employee communications, claims, and liaising with the RPS and pension providers
Communicating with banks to obtain balances and account information
Assisting with the recovery of assets, including book debts and funds
Preparing and submitting required documentation to HMRC
Answering telephone queries and providing a high level of client service

About you

You have experience in Insolvency from an Accountancy Firm
You’re organised, detail-focused, and able to manage your workload effectively
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You’re comfortable using IT tools such as MS Office and document management systems
Experience with IPS Cloud is a bonus, but training will be provided
You’re proactive, adaptable, and enjoy working as part of a team
