Senior Credit Controller – Glasgow City Centre (US Hours)

Hours: Blended shift pattern covering US operating hours (3 days at home 11:30am–8pm, 2 days in office 9am–5:30pm)

We’re supporting a well‑established organisation in the STEM sector to hire a Senior Credit Controller who will take full ownership of the US region. This is an exciting opportunity to lead from the front, coach a high‑performing team, and partner closely with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement.

What you’ll be doing

Leading, coaching, and motivating a credit control team to exceed performance targets
Ensuring efficient processes, strong SLAs, and timely cash collection
Building strong working relationships across global regions and functions
Managing KPIs, identifying risks early, and driving continuous improvement
Supporting global strategy, insights, and alignment within the credit function

What you’ll bring

Strong and proven Credit Control experience (US exposure advantageous)
Confident communication with stakeholders at all levels
Good understanding of accounting principles
Strong MS Office skills
Excellent customer service and relationship‑building ability
Highly organised, accurate, and calm under pressure
Experience leading or coaching others
CICM membership desirable but not essential
