iMultiply are working in partnership with a leading Scottish law firm in Edinburgh city centre to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis.

They are looking to add an Accounts Administrator to their finance function. The Role

As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will work as part of the finance team to offer a professional service in order to ensure the process and payment of invoices is timely and efficient. You will be a proactive individual who thrives in a team environment and who is both flexible and hardworking in their approach to work with good customer service skills.

ResponsibilitiesProcess invoices
Proactively manage and resolve queries, via email and phone, from internal and external contacts.
Perform supplier statement reconciliations and other control processes
Work with internal and external suppliers to actively support and initiate teamwork to achieve an excellent service record of accomplishment.
Assist management as requested.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following experience:Experience of working Within accounts payable / purchase ledger department.
Experience of working in a busy finance environment.
Ability to use computers to intermediate level for word, excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
