Oliver Smith Recruitment are working alongside a well established business based in Bishopbriggs to recruit an Accounts Receivable Specialist on a permanent contract.

You'll join a dynamic team of 2 Accounts Receivables within a finance team of 6. We're seeking someone self-motivated, adept in Accounts Receivable duties, and a collaborative team player.

Day to day:

Perform daily fee verification and control checks.
Record cash transactions from company bank accounts on a daily basis.
Generate weekly Aged Debts reports for all companies and distribute them internally.
Monitor unallocated cash, collaborate with treasury, and accurately assign payments.
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and letters to facilitate cash identification.
Manage the credit control email inbox, promptly addressing inquiries.
Process client refunds by initiating necessary payment transactions.
Support the legal team with queries concerning outstanding debts for collection.
Assist the Credit Controllers in cash collection responsibilities.

Interviews will be held over the next week at our clients HQ.
