Albion Environmental are looking to expand their Digital Team by recruiting a Digital Applications Support Apprentice! This apprentice will work towards an SCQF Level 6 Qualification based in their Ayr office.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming enquiries via telephone, email, and the companies CRM system, logging interactions and updating client records accurately.
Prepare and maintain digital documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
Support the training and VQ administration systems by uploading candidate information, maintaining digital records, and preparing training materials.
Maintain digital filing systems and document control in line with the company Quality Management System (QMS) and data protection requirements.
Assist with CRM updates, training orders, quotations, and job completion follow-ups using internal tracking systems and Excel logs.
Support digital communications and collaboration tools, including setting up Microsoft Teams meetings/webinars and organising shared files and templates.
Contribute to process improvement and digital workflow efficiency, identifying opportunities to streamline administrative tasks and reporting.

Salary: £19,500 per annum.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
