Require an Office Junior - 37hrs per week

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable individual with excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills to join our friendly team. A good and competent understanding of confidentiality and basic computer skills are essential.

Duties will include (this is not an exhaustive list of all duties included in the role)

Full training on all office roles/duties will be given.

· Answering the main Health Centre switchboard

· Filing patient letters/ results etc

· Processing of patient prescriptions

· Dealing with calls and face to face interactions with patients at the front desk

· Carrying out actions requested by clinicians and other members of the admin team

· Regular use of email systems

· Scanning in of new and previous patient medical records

· Assisting with locking up the Health Centre at night

· Use of Practice Computer programmes

· Use of Word & Excel

· Communicating with all members of the Health Centre team, Jubilee hospital team, local pharmacies and other Health professionals

Hours of work:

Mon: 9am 6pm (1hour lunch from 1 2pm)

Tue: 9am 6pm (1hour lunch from 1 2pm)

Wed: 9am 6pm (1hour lunch from 1 2pm)

Thu: 8am 1pm

Fri: 9am 6pm (1hour lunch from 1 2pm)
