You will provide high quality administrative/business support within the Health and Social Care Partnership, with a particular focus on finance and resources. You will be an effective communicator with good attention to detail.

Your main duties will include dealing with enquiries relating to non-residential charging, recording and processing of complaints, monitoring shared email inboxes and answering telephone calls from the public and other professional agencies. In addition, you will assist with the preparation of meeting papers, reports and correspondence. The role also includes minute taking, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, scanning, photocopying, processing purchase orders and invoices and any other duty required to support the service.

* Hybrid employees are considered workplace based first, but they will have a level of flexibility to work from home up to 40% of their working week, if it is not to the detriment of their current tasks, team requirements or service needs.
