We are excited to offer an opening for a Business Support Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge working in an environment where no two days are the same. As a Business Support Assistant, you'll primarily provide administration support to the Environment & Infrastructure department. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Managing mailboxes

Answering telephones

Use of SBC bespoke systems and Microsoft packages

Allocating enquiries to the relevant area

Organising and processing information

Working closely with staff in Business Support as well as the different areas of Environment & Infrastructure such as Trade Waste, Roads and Parks & Environment

Minimum of 3 Standard Grades at level 1, 2, 3 (or equivalent), including English.
