Job Description

We are recruiting an Admin Support Assistant to join the ECS Hires Team within Education & Children's Services fixed term for a period not exceeding 26th September 2027. This is a hybrid working position.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support for facility hire bookings across Aberdeenshire, working with customers, schools and community groups to process applications, maintain records and provide a high standard of customer service.

You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, be able to manage a varied workload and have experience of working in a busy administrative environment. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team are essential.
