Due to sustained and future-planned growth, they’re now looking to welcome a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to their team—based in what might just be Glasgow’s nicest offices, just a 2-minute walk from both Central and Queen Street stations.

What You’ll Be Doing

Acting as the first point of contact for customers seeking debt advice or support
Guiding clients through their options with care, empathy, and professionalism
Handling inbound enquiries via phone and email
Supporting the wider team in progressing cases efficiently and accurately
Ensuring customers feel heard, respected, and fully informed throughout the process

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a customer-facing role (ideally within financial services, but not essential)
Compassionate, patient, and an excellent communicator
A team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
Comfortable using systems and working in a fast-paced environment
