Our ever growing Legal client is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and friendly Facilities Assistant, on a part time basis within their Edinburgh office.

This role will require you to work 20 hours a week, 7.30am to 11.30am, Monday to Friday.

What you’ll do

Assist with conference room set ups
Storage, replenishment and distribution of supplies
Maintenance of office furniture, replacing light bulbs, organising repairs of dishwasher, coffee machines etc
Helping with internal office moves
Assist within the Print/Mailroom when required, making sure they are well stocked and remain tidy

An ability to work well under pressure
Creative approach to problem solving
A friendly and positive attitude, and an ability to work alongside colleagues from all sections of the business
