Role and Responsibilities: As a Housebuilding Site Manager, you will be at the forefront of their construction operations, overseeing the development of residential properties from inception to completion.

The site you will be overseeing is in Carluke and consists of approx 130 new build semi detached and detached timber frame homes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing day-to-day on-site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project specifications.
Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and quality standards to maintain a secure and productive work environment.
Monitoring project progress and performance, making necessary adjustments to meet project milestones.
Managing and coordinating resources, equipment, and materials to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
Providing regular reports to senior management on project status, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Solid understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Relevant certifications in construction management or related field are a plus.
