Morgan Hunt are seeking a dedicated Electrician to join a large maintenance team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within the public sector, contributing to the maintenance and safety of facilities. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the electrical systems are functioning efficiently and effectively, while adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct electrical maintenance and repairs on facility systems.
Collaborate with the estates team to complete necessary works.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Maintain accurate records of work performed.
Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and service requests.

Qualifications:

Time-served electrician with relevant certifications.
Ideally hold a Level 2 disclosure certificate or be willing to obtain one.
Experience in institutional or public sector environments is preferred.

Education Requirements:

Relevant electrical qualifications.
18th edition wiring regulations preferred; 17th edition will be considered.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
