Work Pattern: 35 hours per week worked Monday-Friday

Salary: SCP 23-26 (£30,271 - £33,220) per annum

Help make a difference to the lives of our customers and understand the positive effect that clean and well-maintained grounds, and buildings have on people’s lives. This role is key to ensuring teams have the correct and safe equipment available each day to deliver services that matter most to our customers. You will be a skilled mechanic and will repair and maintain Wheatley Group assets to ensure they perform to their maximum expectancy.

The successful candidate will service and repair garden machinery to the highest industry standards. They will also communicate with internal customers on progress and timescales and engage with external partners to source parts and equipment.

Key to the role will be undertaking quality checks and reporting defects, support with the training and mentoring of other team members as well as documenting, monitoring, tracking and submitting all testing and inspection records and data.
