My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide - and due to record learner demand, we're now recruiting new Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. Lesson rates typically average around £38 per hour

Earn up to £39k per year working 32 hours/week

Working 40 hours/weeks will earn an average of £50,000+

Work the hours you want - weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time

Teach locally (typically within a 30-minute radius, covering 6-8 postcodes)

Dual-control car options available via partner providers

Training Details

You'll train through our new Training Academy, designed for complete beginners. Training combines online learning, live classroom support and structured in-car coaching. We guide you through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 and provide lesson plans, resources and ongoing support to help you qualify with confidence.

DVSA Requirements

Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years

Have no more than 5 penalty points

Have no driving bans in the last 5 years
