Daily chemical checks on feed water
Live within 15 minutes to deal with the on call
Communication skills as it's a small team
Computer literate
Health and safety aware
Desirable to have Boiler Operations Accreditation Scheme (BOAS) but not necessary.
Mechanical or electrical experience

Practical experience in a similar role.
A pro-active attitude.
Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to form working relationships.
The ability to form relationships with clients and to exceed customer expectation.
Approachable demeanour and a demonstrable commitment to team working through flexible working hours.
A knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
Excellent record keeping

Salary will be negotiable, and agreement will be dependent on qualifications and experience.
