An opportunity has arisen within Neighbourhoods, Regeneration and Sustainability for 3 Technicians to join our Sustainable Transport/City Deal & Public Realm team on a fixed-term basis for a period of up to 2 years from date of appointment.

NRS brings together a diverse range of Glasgow City Council operational, technical and development services that focus on sustainable transport, place making and delivering essential city services.

Position Details

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team working on some of Glasgow's largest public realm projects from feasibility through to delivery and operation. Applicants should enjoy working in a fast-paced and pressured environment where there is a focus on high quality outcomes in constrained and physically complex environments.

An HND/ HNC/ONC or equivalent level qualification in Civil Engineering or a relevant Engineering discipline for technicians is an essential requirement for this role, as is a current UK driving licence.

Contract Details

Weekly Hours: 35 per week

Work Pattern: Monday - Friday

Annual Salary: £37,590.25 - £43,771.71 on an incremental scale
