As a High Yield Analyst, you will play a central role in researching and evaluating investment opportunities across European high yield credit markets. You will be responsible for generating differentiated insights, challenging consensus thinking, and contributing investment ideas to the team.,

Conducting in-depth fundamental credit analysis across multiple sectors, applying both qualitative and quantitative techniques to evaluate financial strength, capital structures, business quality, and sustainability.
Building and maintaining detailed financial models to assess company performance, capital structures, and future cash flow generation.
Identifying attractive investment opportunities in high yield bonds.
Making relative value judgements between different credits, sectors, and geographies.
Monitoring existing holdings and providing timely updates on credit developments, risks, and catalysts.
Engaging with company management teams, industry experts, and external research providers.
Working collaboratively with portfolio managers and other analysts to shape investment decisions and portfolio construction.

Significant experience in high yield credit research
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to interpret complex capital structures
A proven ability to develop high-conviction investment ideas and communicate them clearly, in both persuasive written research and verbal presentations
Ability to make relative value judgements between different investment opportunities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative mindset, with a willingness to share ideas and work constructively within a team
