Salary: £30k - £35k + uncapped commission (OTE £70,000 and above)

Reed is proud to be working with an award-winning brokerage in Edinburgh, who currently has a vacancy for an employed Mortgage Advisor. This opportunity would be perfect for an advisor who is ambitious and driven, ideally whole of market.

This is a permanent full-time position with excellent salary and benefits.

The role is office based, with nearby parking and convenient public transport links.

What will you be doing?

Offer professional and impartial mortgage & protection advice
Advise on life cover, critical illness cover, income cover and family income benefit ensuring customers are fully protected
Provide excellent customer service, guiding customers through their mortgage journey
Maintain comprehensive market knowledge and adhere to relevant compliance requirements and FCA regulations
Liaise with lenders, estate agents, introducers and solicitors when required to ensure a smooth process for the customer from start to finish

About You:

Ambitious, confident, and proactive
Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
At least 1 year experience providing regulated mortgage advice
Full CeMAP or CII qualification or equivalent
