As Assistant Manager at Welcome Break, you'll support the Restaurant Manager with the day-to-day running of our Taco Bell unit, helping to lead the team, keep standards high and make sure every customer receives quick service, great food and a warm welcome.

Based at our Gretna Green services, you'll be part of a busy travel hub serving local customers, commuters and visitors travelling across Scotland and the North of England. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, but you won't be doing it alone, you'll have training, support and a clear route to progress into a Store Manager role.

Have experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Shift Leader or Assistant Manager in hospitality, retail, food service, catering, convenience retail, hotels, pubs, cafés or another customer-focused environment
Enjoy leading from the front and supporting a team through busy shifts
Take pride in delivering great service, good food and high standards
Are organised, calm under pressure and confident keeping routines on track
Enjoy coaching others and helping people grow in confidence
Understand the importance of safety, compliance, stock control and sales performance
Are ambitious and ready to develop your management career with a clear progression path

Due to responsibilities within the Assistant Manager role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over.
