This 4 on 4 off post is based within our Care at Home Service. Reporting to the Care at Home Manager you will be involved in supporting service users in the community to live independently within their own homes. You will assist with all aspects of personal care as described in the role profile. For more information see the attached Role Profile below. You will be required to register with the SSSC within 3 months of commencing in post.

Our Workstyles

As an employer of choice, North Ayrshire Council has identified four different Workstyles. Each post in the council has been allocated one of these styles:

Mobile – More than 90% of time spent primarily working on a mobile basis across multiple Council facilities and out in the community. There may be some limited opportunity to work from home.
