Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and general HR administration.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to candidate selection and onboarding.
Prepare and analyse HR reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve HR practices.
Support and contribute to various HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement and development programs.
Foster positive relationships with employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
