We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join the Change Team within People Services. The team provide expert advice and guidance on all matters relating to organisational change including changes to how, when and where our workforce work. You'll be responsible for supporting force-wide change projects, predominantly with Surrey Police, and for navigating the project team through any people related risks. Your core responsibilities will include ensuring:

Staff and officers are appropriately supported and guided through the change process.
Legal compliance with Employment Law and Police Regulations.
The change process is managed in a way that maximises efficiencies and minimises disruption to operational delivery.
All people related processes are fair, open and transparent and they support the retention and redeployment of employee skills, minimising the need to make redundancies.

vacancies in non-collaborated units are only available to officers and staff within the Force with the vacancy unless it is advertised externally
if the vacancy is advertised externally and an officer or member of staff from the other Force is successful it will result in a transfer of employment

The starting salary for this role will usually be at the bottom of the salary range and will be pro-rata if the working hours are less than full time.
