These 4 on 4 off posts will be based within our Care at Home Service. Reporting to the Care at Home Manager you will be involved in supporting service users in the community to live independently within their own homes. You will assist with all aspects of personal care as described in the role profile. These posts form part of North Ayrshire HSCP’s ongoing commitment to strengthening and expanding our Discharge to Assess (D2A) Care at Home Reablement Service and grow our reablement workforce, enabling more people to return home safely and independently following a hospital stay. Our Workstyles

Mobile – More than 90% of time spent primarily working on a mobile basis across multiple Council facilities and out in the community. There may be some limited opportunity to work from home.
