Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a part time commercial property solicitor within our Governance and Property Law Team on a permanent basis.

This role will have a varied and interesting workload which may include disposals, acquisitions, regeneration and development, planning, compulsory purchase orders, leasing and other property related contracts and advice to Council departments and organisations within the Council family, in particular City Property.

Although experience would be desirable, we are looking for applicants with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a desire to work in local government. Applications will be considered from newly qualified solicitors.

This position requires a Level 2 disclosure. Please note successful candidates for the above position will be required to pay for their Disclosure.
